Fly Draenei Friday

Drainee’s finally made it Pandaria, but not before outfitting herself in a fly new mog. It might only last a few quests, but her gear is pretty decent, so hopefully she won’t look silly too soon.

She decided to go with a remix of her trusty red outfit.  Marshcreeper chest, belt and boots, Engraved legs and gloves, pulled together with the Gronnstalker’s Spaulders.  I used to think the shoulders were creepy and ugly, but I think they look pretty nice with her outfit 🙂

Everyone I see around town is pretty much in a mix of gear, which is understandable at this point. So, Fly Draenei Friday might be taking a “panda break” for the next few weeks.  I can’t wait to start seeing mogs using the new Pandaria gear mixed with old stuff.  If you put anything fly together, or see anyone around who has, send those screenshots in!!

This week we have a fabulous outfit from the always-stylish Helke!  I’ve ran a couple of Laid Back Raids with her.  First was her fly death knight, and then I got to run ICC with her fabulously mogged Tauren Priest, also Helke.  Tauren Helke is the cutest pirate I have ever seen!  I missed the LBR with Draenei Helke, but I spotted her in JD’s teenee tiny screenshot.  I asked him who it was, and she suprised me by sending in this pic!

I spotted Cephyria while questing the Jade Forest.  She looks great with the mix of Barbaric pieces with the Bloodmage Leggings and Shadow Council Mantle.		Amarinthe looks so pretty in pink!  With the Bloodscale chest and hands, Commander’s Pauldrons, Crimson Beholder Eye, and Chromatic Boots.

The shield and mace combo is really great here.  Vaeshara said she doesn’t normally show cloaks on Draenei, but really likes the length and coloring of this one.  I concur!

Qandisa‘s rather skimpy outfit is a great take on the thigh-high leggings look, with some pieces I haven’t really seen. Polychromatic Visionwrap with Gladiator’s Silk Amice, Gloves of Arcane Acuity, and Sash of Serpentra.		Urnakia has a super unique spin on the Judgement Recolor.  The Gladiator’s Scaled Shoulders and Gloves go really well with the Judgement pieces, and the Rich Purple Silk Shirt underneath ties everything together.
Zevori chose to accentuate her Rift Stalker Armor with Sundered Chestpiece and Belt. Adding the Gilnean Adventurer’s Shirt really makes this a great look.		Anathe has a pretty wild mash-up outfit going on. Blood-Stained Pauldrons, Bloodfist Breastplate and Gloves, Lawbringer Belt, and Warlord’s Iron-Legplates.

Woohoo, FDF is back! I just have to say, I love playing on Proudmoore. It’s an like an endless font of fly Draenei! I have plans to visit other servers, but I’ve got to get my screenshot folder cleared up, lol.

This week I have a special reader submission from Awayuki on Frostmane (EU) He originally emailed me his pics just to share and let me know he had checked out the blog for ideas, which was really cool of him 🙂 I replied and asked if I could put his fly girl up for FDF and he said yes, so here she is! The neutral coloring in this set is very nice, I don’t see neutrals used that often. I especially love the shoulders and bow he chose to coordinate, the dragon bones are pretty awesome!  Here’s a good side view of the look.

Darkzephyr has mixed golds and neutrals very nicely here.  The Bloodmail Legguards she has will very much be missed as a drop out of old Scholomance.  The Rustic Workman’s Shirt gives a more modest look to her chestpiece.		Harryportal is pretty fly in his lime green ensemble.  Pieces from the Arachnidian Regalia are mixed with the Slavehandler Amice, Vengeance Staff and Venomshroud Mask.
Istarii‘s coordination of red and blue pieces is really stunning.  Merciless Gladiator’s Hood, Shoulders and Gloves, Cindercloth Vest and Pants, Azure Silk Belt.		Ruido‘s look is a great casual, around town outfit.  Shadow Council Tunic, Legwraps of the Master Conjurer, and  Arcane Cover.
Sammyjo looks really awesome in her Warmonger’s Mail set, with the Crown of Destruction.  I didn’t even know there was this orange mail variant of one of my favorite sets, the Bogslayer Plate!		Thãlena is super fly in her Death Knight Tier 7 outfit. The shoulder, chest, gloves, and legs are Heroes’ Scourgeborn Battlegear, with the Bladed Steelboots, and Acherus Knight’s Girdle.

Now some fly Draenei from Proudmore!

Ryoukø was a 10k winner from the first WoW Factor show on Proudmore.  Here she is looking fly once again in a mix of Blood Knight mail, and other well-coordinated pieces.		Stefani looks ready for some serious hunting!  The use of this scythe model is awesome, and she managed to coordinate nicely around the enchant glow of the weapon.
Callet has been spotted before, and this time she is looking fly in the Warleader’s set.  The raid finder coloring of Gurthalak is a perfect finishing touch.		Smokinggoat is one fly guy, in Robes and Mantle of Prophecy, topped off with the Hood of Dying Light.

FDF was on haitus last week while I finished up my Mogolympic entries. Opening Ceremonies are August 12th, and it should be great. I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone’s outfits! This week we’re back home, showing off Proudmore’s fly gals.

Nàru‘s Frostscythe of Lord Ahune looks great with the Skyshatter Chest and Shoulders.	Evelíne is beautifully coordinated.  The purple in her gloves highlights the purple in her shoulders, and her guild tabard looks great with Tier 13 belt and boots, and Black Mageweave Leggings.
Naughtytail‘s outfit is very fitting to her name! 😉	Sariêl‘s tabard and belt make her Absolution set really pop.
Kátya, crafting up something. The Tabard of Summer Skies looks awesome with the Ornate Mail set.	Supermødel picked perfect legs to go with the Energized Chestpiece and Merciless Gladiator’s Mail Spaulders.
